Shipping + returns policy
Delivery is not included in the prices listed on the website, however we do indicate pricing and where easily calulated it will be added during checkout.
We deliver all over the UK using courier services. We are also happy to arrange collection from us in St Leonards on Sea. For international sales, please contact to get a quote for shipping to your location.
Please rememember that the majority of our items are one offs, original or vintage pieces. If an item arrives broken we will try and find a solution with our courier for which images of the item on arrival (before opening) are often useful.
For item bought online that you wish to return; all courier costs will be at the buyer's expense and the item must be returned in the same condition shown on our site within 7 days of purchase.
You agree to open and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 24 hours of the delivery.
All goods must be examined immediately on arrival. If any packaging appears damaged or the package appears to have been opened, the receipt to the courier must be clearly marked “parcel damaged” and a photograph of the package should be taken prior to opening it any further.
We must be notified of the damage or of any missing item from the delivery as soon as possible in order for us to stand the best chance of rectifying any claim(s) made. Failure to do this will result in any claim(s) being dismissed and the company will hold no liability for loss or damage during delivery.
